About the role

Body Corporate are aggressively expanding their contracted health and fitness professional network to support their growing number of locations and services offered to their partners.

You will report to the Operations Director.

There are 3 positions available.

All 3 positions are out delivering exceptional customer service, taking gym inductions, option to teach teach group exercise classes and personal training in a private health club located within a large residential property with over 1500 residents by 2024 and 3000 by 2025.

You will have the opportunity to attain Personal Training clients from the pool of residents in the property) with no overheads (gym rent) and competition (no more than 4 coaches having exclusive access to the gym).

There will also be an opportunity to add more revenue streams on an ad-hoc basis depending on the events offered at the site and your availability.

Key Tasks

• 8 or 16 gym floor hours per week inc. meet and greet residents, support the property team with resident engagement tasks, tidy gym floor, technique coaching and fitness challenges.
• Teach 2 x 45 minute in real life (IRL) group exercise classes per week
• Teach 2 x 30 minute online group exercise classes per week (these occur immediately after the in person classes taught)
• Build your own Personal Training clients from the pool of residents with no gym rent or competition from other PTs

Qualifications, Skills and Values:

• A highly professional, level 3 qualified personal trainer with experience in promoting health and engaging with members
• Have a passion for health and wellbeing
• Has experience in effectivity designing and managing fitness programmes, both individual and group programmes
• Has the ability to teach group exercise classes and provide gym inductions
• You will be confident in delivering excellent customer service whilst supporting the day to day running of the gym
• Excellent written and oral skills, you will also show you are able to communicate effectively at all levels
• Confident IT skills word and excel*Various locations across London available.

Salary:
£15,000.00-£18,000.00 per year

All coaches are required to regularly wash or disinfect hands.
Working surfaces in common areas are regularly sanitised by cleaning staff.


Experience:

• PT/teaching classes: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification (required)
