Specialising in the identification, testing and monitoring of Water Hygiene services and focusing on working with organisations to reduce carbon footprint and water consumption.

We are looking for an experienced administrator to support our rapidly expanding business and who can liaise effectively and efficiently with our clients, suppliers and engineers.

The role will provide much needed support at an exciting time of business growth.

We have just taken on a new client contract and are looking for this administrator to manage this account and portfolio of sites.


The role will be around 20-25 hours a week split over 4 or 5 days on site, based in Aylesford office with the opportunity for some working from (to be agreed in advance) and free on-site parking.

What the job involves:_

  • Organising and scheduling jobs into engineers' diaries, checking completed reports and sending reports to clients.
  • Utilising our CRM system to raise quotes, track all jobs, check progress, flag nonconformances and ensure clients are invoiced in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with our engineers regarding their job visits and checking to ensure reports have been completed comprehensively and accurately.
  • Support in the daytoday office management, including booking of hotels for engineers and making any logístical arrangements (such as parking or access cards) in advance.
  • Support the Office Manager and Managing Director by providing relevant information for reports and updates.
  • Work closely with accounts by creating contracts and raising invoices on our CRM system.

  • Provide any additional ad hoc administrative support to the Managing Director and Office Manager.

Skills and attributes we are looking for:_

  • Effective administrative skills, input of information, client liaison and excellent attention to detail.
  • Working well in a team, a passion to support those around you to get tasks completed, but with the ability to demonstrate initiative and work alone.
  • Great customer service skills; being friendly, polite and helpful and having a positive 'cando' attitude.
  • Fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to get on with people and willingness to help to contribute to a smooth running of the office.
  • Strong computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel, and the confidence to learn new software is essential.
  • Somebody with a strong work ethic, who can operate in a methodical and logical manner to manage their workload and ensure tasks aren't missed.
