We are pleased to be representing an award-winning multi-disc property and construction consultancy in Cambridge who are seeking an Intermediate / Senior Sustainability Consultant to join their team.

Our client is well established in the industry and has experience in delivering projects across all major sectors.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and present project sustainability design proposals to the project team and client.
Undertake project assessments including Part L (SAP, SBEM), BREEAM, HQM, Passive House.
Undertake Overheating simulations using IES VE software and present report findings.
Provide support to the team and deal with any client related issues
Undertake energy surveys of buildings.
Provide BREEAM Assessments.
Assess project designs for BREEAM compliance and recording evidence.
Ideally hold an academic or industry qualification related to sustainability or design
Key knowledge of low carbon and sustainable design and London Plan Energy Policy
Qualified Part L Assessor (SAP/SBEM)
Good working knowledge of IES VE software
Strong communication and organisational skills
