Property Portfolio Manager (Residential Lettings) - Fleet - £30,000pa
Our clients are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and highly motivated Property Manager to join their team in Fleet

As a Property Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained, profitable, and meet the needs of our clients.

As a Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting property inspections to identify maintenance needs and repair issues
  • Developing and managing relationships with tenants and property owners
  • Overseeing property maintenance and repair work to ensure that it is completed in a timely and costeffective manner
  • Preparing and managing budgets, financial reports and other documentation related to property management
  • Ensuring that all properties comply with relevant laws and regulations
  • Managing rent collection and lease agreements
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in property management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A good understanding of relevant laws and regulations
  • A willingness to learn and grow in your role
