Description
Labcorp Drug Development is currently seeking a pro-active
Clinical Trial Administrator to join our expanding team in London.

For this particular role we are ideally looking for a 'career' clinical research administrator who does not wish to progress to a CRA role.

This client-dedicated role is to be home based but you must be willing to travel into a london office once every month.

Ideally you will have at least 1-2 years experience of supporting Clinical Trials in the UK. Much of the work will involve complex Oncological Clinical Trials and so there is plenty of interesting (and worth while) work to get your teeth stuck into

This particular role sits within the Client's Global Monitoring Excellence department and is VERY varied.

We need to find someone who is motivated, good at sharepoint, puling reports and being organised, who can deal with multiple tasks and who is flexible with their working hours.

Summary of some of the tasks:

  • Update sharepoint with ME stories, training and updates.
  • Follow up with global ME directors to get documents signed, keep a track and drive the task then file docs in TMF
  • Assign training in Learning path
  • Attend global ME meetings, take minutes, send out invites. Some of these meetings will be 7pm9pm but happy for CTC to take hours back
  • Organise the bi annual face to face meetings, send agenda and invites, organise food and take minutes.
  • Be proactive and follow up on tasks not being done.
  • General filing in TMF and doing audit checks.
The plus side of role is you are working with Global Directors so a very high profile job. Good career opportunity for the future. But we need someone amazing Not someone who wants to be a CRA.

Requirements:

- a minimum of 12 months of Clinical Research Admin experience from a CRO or Pharma company
  • This is essential
  • Basic understanding of biology and biological processes
  • Good organizational and time management skills
