- Prepare,bake,and present pastries and desserts to Ottolenghi's high standards.
- Take responsibility for running a section of the pastry kitchen with efficiency and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with the Head Pastry Chef and wider team on menu development and seasonal innovation.
- Help train and support junior chefs,sharing knowledge and fostering growth.
- Maintain an organised and hygienic workspace,following food safety standards at all times.
- Contribute to stock control and minimise food waste.
- Experienced in a professional pastry kitchen,ideally at CDP level.
- Passionate about pastry,flavour,and presentation,with an eye for detail.
- Reliable,organised,and able to perform under pressure.
- A strong team player with a positive,collaborative attitude.
- Enthusiastic about learning,innovation,and developing new skills.
