Who are we looking for?
We are currently looking for a new
People Administrator to join our People Team at Cambridge Education Group


The
People Administrator will work with a team of People professionals to provide general and People administrative support to ensure that we are meeting statutory safeguarding requirements and UKVI regulations.

The successful applicant will be expected to undertake a variety of administrative duties both independently and under supervision for Head Office, CEG Digital, iheed and ONCAMPUS.


Within this role, you will be working in a highly dynamic environment where prioritizing tasks and ensuring high levels of accuracy is needed.

We will be looking for someone with exceptional time management & organisational skills, has the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects as well as offering a friendly professional manner and appearance.

You will be able to regularly be involved in various projects within the team with the aim at improving our service & processes.

As a People Administrator your key responsibilities will be:

  • Assist in the management process from requisition approval for new roles through to offer generation and
- onboarding

  • Administer all new starter paperwork and processes e.g. preemployment checks, references and induction
  • Responsible for using the company HR Information System (HRIS) (iTrent)
  • Data inputting of employment details onto HRIS database
  • Ensure all Right to work details are up to date and meet UKVI regulations
  • Ensure all employee files are set up legally and kept up to date
  • Ensure the maintenance of employee records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality

Aspects we will be looking for:

  • Educated to at least GCSE standard, with passes at Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
  • Good IT skills; ability to use Microsoft Office packages including Work, Excel and Outlook. Training will also be given
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • High level of attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
