To thrive in a Marketing Executive role in the Lords Care Recruit Group, you must have the following skills and experiences:_
- Strong communication skills and experience in creating marketing/PR campaigns.
- Leadership skills, including influencing and confidence in working with senior stakeholders with the ability to collaborate with a truly diverse set of partners across the private and public sector care homes.
- Client Focus: Highlighting the criticality of putting our clients first.
- Bias for Action: A heightened emphasis on speed and urgency in all our actions.
- A doer: you are passionate about making things happen avoiding overdebate, always keeping end goal in sight.
- Founder mentality: you don't sit on "good enough" but set yourself highest standards in crafting and delivering, holding yourself and others accountable.
- Ability to work effectively with change and complexity in high pressure situations and think outside of the box to drive projects without set processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Represent Lords Care in a friendly and professional manner.
- Responsible for all sales activity for the Care Home.
- Digital marketing and arranging fruitful meetings with potential clients.
- Making cold calls and providing informative and welcoming tours of the company.
- Engage with existing clients to understand their experience and requirements.
- Respond to incoming sales enquiries.
- Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
- Maintain a contacts database.
- Monitor market, client and competitor trends and advise management on methods to improve company competitiveness.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3-6 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
£10.00-£15.00 per hour

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)

Hybrid remote in Birmingham
