FULLY REMOTE DOCUMENT PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
£45,000-£50,000 plus benefits


This International Law Firm is seeking an experienced DP Supervisor to join the London Office to oversee the running of a team of Document Operators.


HOURS


You will need flexibility in managing the hours/shifts that you operate, as the team operate between 8am-12am, so although the hours for this role is pitched as core hours of 11.30am-7.30pm, you will flex according to business needs to 8am-4pm, 9.30am-5.30pmor occasionally 4pm-12am.

YOU WILL NEED
Excellent grammar and English language skills gained in a legal environment. Advanced DP skills. Advanced MS Office inc. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Adobe PDF.

DUTIES
Manage detailed performance review feedback, reporting into the Secretarial Manager. Monitor and manage group absence, ensuring compliance with leave policy. monitor sickness across the team, undertaking informal return to work interviews. Mediate and resolveany minor issues arising in the team. Monitor Learning & Development. Assisting the Secretarial Manager with recruitment.
