Our client is a family run care home business based in Taunton, where GP-REC have been asked to help source experienced and qualified Registered Nurses for their teams.

The role will see the successful applicant assess all aspects of client's care needs and provide health supervision and direct Nursing Care when required.

You will be responsible for assessing social and health care needs of new clients and maintain on-goingassessment and review of all other Clients.

This is a real super hero role, without a cape, which will see you ensure that Client care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with Clients, Relatives and other Health Care Professionals, and in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policy.

You will be responsible for the administering of prescribed medicines and document the same in accordance with the company's procedure and NMC guidelines.
