We have a great opportunity for a Part-Time or Full-Time Finance Officer to join our friendly and supportive team in Worthing, West Sussex.
Main purpose of job:
To ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the invoicing and financial control of the business to support our project management team.
Using appropriate accounting software and our in-house CRM system, you will carry out general finance duties including accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing to clients in support of the project management team and allocation of direct costs to specific projects.
The job role will include providing some customer support where necessary, and liaising with the General Manager, Operations Manager and Managing Director, to update them with financial reporting data.
Finance & Administration
- To be responsible for accurate data input and analysis using spreadsheets, accounting software and our inhouse CRM
- Processing invoices, timesheets, payroll, CIS, various financial reconciliations, and helping resolve any related issues
- Monitoring and processing expenses and coordinate the management of company credit cards
- Coordinate cash management and banking within the organisation under the direction of the General Manager
- Give administrative support to the General Manager & Project Team
- Assist with payroll processing, expenses and pensions

Package:
- Working Monday to Friday

£27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
