This is a fantastic opportunity for a Regional HR Business Partner to join an exciting business within the hospitality industry

This particular company have a great reputation when it comes to culture and they have expansion plans as they continue to go from strength to strength.

As Regional HR Business Partner, you will be based across sites within your region and you will work closely with management and the people team in order to build, develop and maintain excellent guest experience and people experience.

You will play a key partin driving internal development, training and organisation change as well as succession planning.

Regional HR Business Partner - Responsibilities + Requirements

  • Will ideally have experience within hospitality or retail
  • Able to work across a regional capacity
  • Driving internal development, succession planning, organisation and training whilst engaging teams
  • Extensive experience within a broad range of various HR practices
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships and rapport across the business
  • Dynamic and passionate in approach
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding
  • Resilient and proactive with a real focus on building the business
  • Proven experience when it comes to multitasking and succession planning
