An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Pharmacist to take the lead for and provide highly specialist medicines legislations advice in order to improve the quality of patient care, and to promote evidence-based, cost effective prescribing.

Other key responsibilities within this role are:

To improve medication error incident reporting and learning within the foundation trust.
To champion and develop improvements initiatives to drive forward medicines safety and learning.
