Grade 8 - £32,909 to £36,298

JOB/PERSON SUMMARY:

It's an exciting time to join the Estates team here at the Hamwic Education Trust.

We are building both our capacity and capability to stand out and strive to be a truly outstanding service provider in support of education.


We are seeking to recruit an outstanding Estates Compliance Officer, with excellent skills set and proven knowledge in estates work and Health & Safety to join our growing team of professionals in order to support our schools.

Hamwic Education Trust is a large dynamic, fast-paced Trust with currently 35 academies across the South Coast.

Linked to 6 community-based partnerships, there are 32 Primary academies, 2 secondary schools and 1 Hospital School within the Trust.

The role requires visits to all Trust schools that need support, therefore flexibility around travel is essential.

WE ARE SEEKING AN PROFESSIONAL WHO:

  • Has a keen eye for detail and ideally has experience of school/other premises, estates and Health & Safety, along with strong organisational skills
  • Is selfmotivated to actively support the estates strategic plan and development for the Trust
  • Has excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Has excellent IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • A NEBOSH or IOSH qualification, with experience in project and facilities management would be desirable
