Our client in Alfreton, Derbyshire is looking for a Customer Service-experienced Administrator for a support role within their organisation.

The role is Weekdays 8.30am - 4.30pm (37.5 hours per week) and excellent communication and organisation is essential as the responsibilities relate to liaising between their customer base, the production team and supply chain.

Salary c.£22,000.


Responsibilities of the role:


  • Accurately dealing with customer enquiries, taking orders and order queries through incoming calls and managing an inbox.
  • Processing orders on the system and arranging transport while ensuring the company is fully compliant with UK legislation for this highly regulated product.
  • Stock allocation and raising purchase orders appropriately.
  • Invoicing for product and processing service invoices.
  • Preparation and distribution of sales figures and information needed by management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently but also compliantly.
  • Polite, professional and confident telephone manner.
  • Takes pride in providing an endtoend service to customers.
  • Happy and able to work as part of a small team.
  • You will need to be a driver with your own transport as the office is inaccessible by public transport.
  • Computer literate with good keyboard skills.
  • Maths & English GCSE level C or above.
  • Ideally has achieved an NVQ or equivalent in Business Administration or similar.
