The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Records Management and Teaching Team Intern on Campus) to support the School of Divinity Professional Services team during summer 2024.

The postholder will support various activities including (but not exclusive to) records management, website and SharePoint updates, and preparing courses for delivery in academic year 24-25.

on Campus is run by the Careers Service in collaboration with University departments and Schools.

It offers exclusive summer internships at the University over the summer for 2nd year to penultimate year undergraduate students from the University of Edinburgh based in the UK.

You cannot take part if you are a visiting student, or you have already taken part in the programme before.

Your skills and attributes for success:

  • Fluency in written English.
  • Excellent computer literacy and willingness to learn new software packages.
  • Willingness to take initiative and suggest own ideas on how the main tasks could be approached.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in a busy environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, working with a number of senior academic members of staff.
