Project Administrator. You will be a fundamental part of the project team providing the team with a high level of back-office administration.

Your Life as a Project Administrator


As a
Project Administrator, your main purpose is to work closely with the Project Management team by delivering and coordinating high-level back-office administration leading to projects being executed to the correct specifications, on time and within Budget.


It is vital within this role that you are a confident communicator, process-orientated and have a high level of attention to detail.

Always demonstrating good discipline and personal organisation along with an enthusiasm for product and process quality, as well as continually always demonstrating their Company Values.

You will be an excellent multi-tasker with the ability to demonstrate the skills required to successfully manage many fast-paced projects on a similar timeline, as well as communicate any "early warning signs" over deliverable vulnerabilities to the PM team.

Your brief as a Project Administrator

  • Checking engineer timesheets in Knack for accuracy and making necessary changes to them weekly for submittal to the finance team.
  • Managing the chosen client system to monitor and record progress/meet deadlines.
  • Managing daily, weekly, and monthly H&S activities/requirements, ensuring all the correspondence is always uptodate and relevant and available for inspection.
  • Creating and managing projectspecific Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
  • Monitoring subcontractors to comply with relevant safety and quality standards.
  • Raising all projectrelated purchase orders.
  • Organise and arrange Permits/Access as needed.
  • Processing of all New Business Orders.
  • Add Contract to Knack including all pertinent information for the cover page.
  • Collating all relevant documentation from Sales & adding to the Project folder on SharePoint.
  • Entering Products into manufacture with the supply chain using the correct procedure/documentation.
  • Liaising with supply chain partners regarding ongoing queries/requests for information.
  • Completion of any projectrelated documentation e.g. O&M manuals.
  • Add any relevant ongoing documentation to the SharePoint Folder.
  • Providing holiday cover for members of the Project Department.

  • High level of attention to detail and process orientated.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Competent IT user experience of MS Office and Sage 50 desirable
  • Operates in line with company values & behaviours.
  • An effective communicator written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills
