Calling all Building Surveyors:


  • Looking for a Long-Term contract? we have an opening for a Temporary Building Surveyor
(Commercial, corporate & educational schemes) this post is expected to be long term certainly a minimum of 6 months but expect this to be extended.


Benefits:
Home based, with Laptop/phone provided
West Midlands based as all surveys/inspections are in this region.


The role:
Overseeing a mixture of Planned Programmed and Minor works schemes,
Undertaking on-site property surveys.
Producing detailed reports and recommendations.
Identifying defects and advising on remedial works.
Offering advice on proposed alterations, improvements
Preparing budgets and schedules.
