Team Leader


We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual who will be able to help and deliver support services to young people aged 16-25 as a Team Leader.


Having been nominated for the for the employer of the year and being a part of one of the UK's largest charities our client is a well-established service provider.


Our client is a leaving care provision offering a new and innovative model of care for young people moving onto independence by providing them with an environment to accommodate all their needs.


Accountabilities and Responsibilities:


  • Assisting and preparing effective risk assessments to produce a young person's individual needs and characteristics ensuring that health and safety standards are adhered as a team leader
  • To work directly with young people in supporting them to develop independence skills and confidence, measurable using the appropriate Outcome Star/Outcomes monitoring
  • Engage with the young people in decision making about the appearance and upkeep of communal areas and accommodation
  • To provide required data and information to inform KPIs to the senior management and the Quality Assurance team as a team leader

Requirements:


  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
  • Willingness to undergo any further appropriate training courses
  • Experience of working within a supported living / Mental Health environment / service

Shift Patterns:


  • Waking night shifts 19:30 07:30 in Stroud
Day Shifts: 07:30 - 19:30 - 3 days on and 3 days off, 3 days on and 3 days off, 3 nights on and 3 nights off, 3 nights on and 3 nights off ongoing and over 7-day period with some weekends included in Stroud

- £13.00 PAYE to £19.00 Umbrella depending on shift type
