Description

This represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator who is looking to take a step up in responsibility and progress their career.

You'll be joining a successful and growing business where you can further develop your skills,working alongside a very experienced Supply Chain Director.

This is hands-on role and will ideally suit someone looking to develop their end-to-end supply chain knowledge and experience.

Working closely with the Supply Chain Director, your varied responsibilities will include:


  • Update supply chain planning and making purchasing recommendations for all products based on commercial forecasts
  • Supporting the monthly S&OP process, communicating variances to plan and highlighting required updates to purchasing plans
  • Creating and placing purchase orders and forecasts, and ensuring adherence to contractual leadtimes and pricing agreements, and tracking through to delivery
  • Escalating any supply chain issues through to impacted stakeholders
  • Ensuring timely and accurate supply chain KPI reporting
  • Ensuring master data is setup for new products (pricing, product coding etc)
  • Performing monthly stock reconciliations and monitoring inventory levels
  • Providing input to packaging for example performing checks related to artwork
  • Liaising with suppliers, 3PLs, outsourced manufacturing, wholesalers, customers etc.
  • Working closely with internal contacts in Commercial, Finance, Compliance, Operations etc.
