We are a small well renowned Family business with an excellent reputation, with over 25 years experience in floor fitting.

We are looking for someone to join our close-knit, friendly team as a carpet fitter to support us with the continued growth of the business.

Ideally with 5 years experience, someone who is happy to work alone and as part of a team. The vacancy is a full time position, Monday to Friday ( with some Saturdays) 8:30am until 4:30pm

The Job Role
Fitting carpets in customers homes to our high standards

Expected to be well presented, polite and respectful,

Loading up vans for the day/next day, cutting up carpet,

Potentially measuring rooms and pricing jobs

Work with a team of people who know the trade and have an excellent reputation locally

Our expectations:

The individual will preferably hold a clean driving licence

Possess excellent customer skills and be happy to talk to customers

Be able to think on their feet and use their own innitiative

Be proactive and forward thinking

Flexible and versatile

Have an understanding of Health & Safety

Have a good eye and pay attention to detail. This is very important to maintain our excellent repuation

The successful applicant would be rewarded with 4 weeks Holiday per annum plus bank holidays (company closed between Christmas & New Year)

Be part of a small but close friendly team

Team Building days out

Pay rise once individual has proven their ability

Salary:
£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
