Forward Thinking Birmingham is a ground breaking partnership delivering mental health services for children and young people aged between 0-25 years of age in Birmingham.


You will join us as Team Administrator / Receptionist at the Finch Road Hub within a 0-25 mental health service.

Working Monday Friday 9am 5pm

We are seeking a meticulous receptionist/administrator who is excellent at juggling multiple tasks and working under pressure.

You will work closely with the admin team, providing cover for phones, booking appointments, distributing post, scanning and uploading. Providing excellent customer service skills over the phone and face to face.
