What we're looking for

We are looking for a Data Science Intern to join our Data Science team for a 4-month internship in our London office.

You will work on cutting-edge research projects related to the development and deployment of tools powered by generative AI and natural language processing.

You will contribute to the creation of novel solutions for content generation, summarization, and information extraction, and you will collaborate with other data scientists and business experts to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities**- Write code in Python to develop, train, and test new models and algorithms for content generation, summarization, and information extraction

Run analyses and experiments to evaluate the performance and quality of the models and algorithms
Present and communicate the results and insights in an organized, visual, and meaningful way
Test and explore advanced and emerging technologies and tools related to generative AI and NLP
Work collaboratively with other data scientists and business experts to support and enhance the data science projects and products
Maintain documentation per company standards
Writing productionlevel code (clean, and welldocumented code)

Skills and
Experience**- A strong background in AI, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field

Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
Strong coding skills in Python
Experience with NLP tools such as spaCy, nltk, BERT, or LLMs (desirable)
A keen interest and curiosity in generative AI and NLP
A proactive and collaborative attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow
Proficiency/experience working with Excel
