An opportunity has arisen for a well-motivated, enthusiastic Audiologists to join our friendly and busy department.

This post holder will be required to travel to our 3 Hospitals in Stevenage, Welwyn Garden City & Hertford.

Hertfordshire is a beautiful area of the country and is within 30 minutes of central London by train, as well as being close to several international airports.

As a department we put an emphasis on the development of our staff and regularly send members of our team on external training courses.

This vacancy is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in more than just the core audiology work and training is available for staff to develop their interests in Adult Rehabilitation, Tinnitus Retraining Therapy and Vestibular Assessment.

We are a busy service providing a range of services including:
Full diagnostic support and rehabilitation services to 5 ENT consultants & 1 Audiological Physician.

Direct Access Hearing Aid Clinics

Balance Assessment Clinics using Caloric & ENG / VNG testing

Tinnitus clinics

Dedicated paediatric clinics

Research and audits

The key responsibility of the role will be to perform diagnostic testing on all patient groups and to provide effective hearing aid rehabilitation and an on-going maintenance service.
