Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces for tiling and ensure they are clean, smooth, and properly prepared to receive tile.
  • Measure spaces accurately and plan out tiling layouts in an efficient and visually appealing manner.
  • Cut tiles to size using hand and power cutting tools, ensuring mínimal waste and precision in fit.
  • Install tiles on floors, walls, and other surfaces in bathrooms, ensuring straight lines, even spacing, and secure adhesion.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety and health regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring timely completion of projects to high standards.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a tiler, with specific experience in residential bathroom projects.
  • Strong knowledge of different types of tiles and installation techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layout drawings.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in craftsmanship.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.

Compensation:

  • This position offers competitive compensation based on a paypersquare meter rate, commensurate with experience and the scope of each project.

Salary:
£160.00-£200.00 per day
