My client in LS9 is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their expanding team.

You will be joining a company with over 100 years industry experience who has received multiple awards for being an industry leader.

They are an eco friendly companyfocused on working towards a sustainable future.

My client is looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and is confident in building relationships with new and existing clients.

What is in it for you?
- £23,000 salary

  • Monday-Thursday 8:455 and Friday 8:454:30
  • 23 days holiday rising to 26 days

What will you be doing ?

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Processing orders
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Keeping up to date with all company products to answer any relevant questions
  • Processing sales orders and ensuring on time delivery
What we are looking for ?

  • Previous customer service/Admin experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work individually and as a team
  • Previous experience working in a fast paced environment
