Job description:

C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant to join a boutique Private Equity firm based in London's West End.

Position:
Executive Assistant to a team of people

12 month FTC with a view to becoming permanent

Salary:
£30 - £35k

Hybrid set up:
Based 5 days a week in the office

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:

Support to a team of 8 to 10 people
Diary Management
Organising some travel
Expenses
Ad Hoc Admin support
Preparation for meetings
Support required to the rest of the office support team as required

What background and experience are the company looking for?

You must have proven Team Assistant/ Team EA support within boutique financial services or professional services, you must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, and enjoy working as part of a team.
