We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Band 6 Senior Practitioner to join the Connect: West Yorkshire Eating Disorder Service.

We are looking for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse or Occupational Therapist to join our award winning team.

The community service is CCG commissioned, and treatment will be focused on recovery from the individuals Eating Disorder.

The service have a number of pathways which are tailored to treat our patient group, therefore as a member of the team you will be involved with patients who have signed up to a pathway within Connect.

You will be delivering specific treatment interventions on a 1.1 bases, plus co-facilitating group work to a defined group of patients.
