Description
A new van driver position has arisen with The Best Connection Hanger Lane, working in partnership with John Lewis in Park Royal
Training will be on a Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday (will be confirmed closer to the day). You must be available to cover all days of training.


Job Details:

  • You will be driving a 3.5 tonne van
  • AM shift 06:00 to 17:00
  • Delivery of white goods, heavy lifting involved (large electrical goods used domestically such as refrigerators and washing machines)
  • You will be provided with a drivers mate
  • The job is 4 out of 6 days on a rota basis across Monday to Saturday
- £13ph

  • 45 minute break deducted
  • 11 hour shifts hours paid, 0.75 rest)

Requirements:


  • Must be able to do heavy lifting (could be lifting white goods up multiple flights of stairs with a porter)
  • We accept up to 6 points with none of the following codes: DD, DR, CD. But prefer a clean license.
  • Previous van driving experience
  • Verifiable references
  • Must pass company assessment prior to commencing job ( Interview, Manual handling assessment and driving assessment)
