About Our Client:

We are working alongside a well known business based in Ashton-Under-Lyne, established in the Manufacturing and Production industry.

Supplying to a wide range of businesses and residents, they are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to ensure exceptional levels of customer services.


The Customer Service Administrator's key responsibilities include:

  • Promptly responding to and handling customer inquiries for both potential and existing customers.
  • Generating and providing quotations.
  • General administrative duties
  • Scheduling diaries
  • Updating customers files
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and satisfactory customer delivery.
