Supplying to a wide range of businesses and residents, they are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to ensure exceptional levels of customer services.
The Customer Service Administrator's key responsibilities include:
- Promptly responding to and handling customer inquiries for both potential and existing customers.
- Generating and providing quotations.
- General administrative duties
- Scheduling diaries
- Updating customers files
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and satisfactory customer delivery.
The Successful Applicant:
- Great organisational skills
- Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
- Willingness to learn and progress within the role
- Passion for providing a solutions and motivated by achieving targets
- Ability to multitask
