What you would do as our Customer Service Sales Administrator:
As our Customer Service Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for the increase of Customer Service revenue through new sales of Service agreements, sales of additional hardware and chargeable engineer visits.
Reporting into the Service and Support Manager, you would:- Proactively contact customers to promote the sales of, service agreements, system upgrades, engineer resources.
- Generate and follow up quotations.
- Provide monthly report on sales activities and results.
- Maintain customer database
- Maintain installed products information in ServiceNow.
- Process New Support Agreement through to invoicing.
- Attend service meetings.
- Advise customers of new product offerings.
The skills and experience you need:
We are looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience within a tele-sales environment.
- Has excellent customer service skills.
- Can work with technical specifications.
- Has good attention to detail.
