Working as a Customer Assurance Coordinator, you will be a first line support for internal and external customers handling major incidents and escalations.
Responsibilities
This role will require someone with great time management, organisational and prioritisation skills, as creating and collating reports containing no mistakes can be difficult at times.
You'll have the ability to work under-pressure and a keen eye for detail,as well as being keen to rise to challenges.
A full-time colleague will be working 40 hours a week, a variety of shift start times and finish times As we are a 24/7 business some weekends will be included (on average 1 in 4 weekends) on a rota basisFor all colleagues a degree of flexibility is required due to business requirements.
After completing probation and demonstrating a satisfactory level of performance, we offer the opportunity to work on our hybrid model (home/site-based).
