Due to strong and consistent growth, they are now looking to recruit a Senior Office Coordinator who shares their ethos.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to play an integral role in developing the business


In this role you will be representing the company brand, helping them to continue standing out from the crowd and demonstrating the excellent service and work ethic that their customers demand.


Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Improving and developing office procedures and systems
  • Providing extensive support to the Managing Director
  • Updating and ensuring accuracy of the property portals, the website and CRM (RPS)
  • Maintaining and producing reports for various business KPIs
  • Compliance support
  • Undertaking elements of company financial work
  • Producing and ordering brochures, window cards and leaflets
  • Producing paperwork and invoices
  • Sending documents for digital signing
  • Maintaining the office appearance, filing systems and monitor stationery supplies
  • Handling basic customer queries during busy periods
  • Involvement in many other aspects of the business depending on skill set and interest.

Personal specification:

  • Property administration experience
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Ability to integrate well into a small professional team.
The salary on offer for this role will be in the region of £32,000 to £37,500 depending on experience.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9.30am to 6pm, Friday 9.30am to 5pm.
