An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Health Administrator to join the Learning Disability Partnership Team.


We would like to hear from experienced and motivated individuals who will join our LDP countywide team based at Sunley House, Papworth to support both Health and Social Care professionals who work to the highest standards of customer service both internally and externally and where their aims are not only to strive and meet our stakeholder's needs and expectations, but also to exceed them.

We are looking for someone who can be flexible in providing support across 5 multidisciplinary teams consisting of Community Nurses, Psychologists, Consultant Psychiatrists, Therapists and Social Workers

  • Call handling with a confident telephone manner when taking messages.
  • Excellent customer service and good communication skills
  • Taking accurate minutes of meetings
  • Typing of correspondence both handwritten and audio dictation
  • Inputting data on bespoke electronic database
  • Booking rooms and arranging meetings such as Referral Meetings, Professional Meetings and Care Treatment Reviews
  • Excellent working knowledge of Windows & Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Filing of electronic files
  • Flexible with working pattern, organised in approach and be able to multitask and manage workload with minimum supervision.
  • A need to have an understanding of confidentiality and data protection.

  • Word processing of all forms of correspondence, reports and summaries that are required by the team including Audio typing.
  • Undertake diary management for clinicians and/or managers, as required.
  • Organise clinics and associated appointments for clinics, using appropriate brought-forward systems to manage work.
  • Organise team/ Care Treatment Review meetings, take, transcribe and distribute minutes accordingly as required.
  • Provide operational support to colleagues and administration staff within the team, if required, as directed
