Senior Content WriterWe're looking for a creative senior content writer with a 'can-do' attitude to come and join the team

There's lots to doAs senior content writer, you will manage a small team while creating engaging and informative content to help our customers make informed decisions during their journey.
- Lead and motivate a team to plan, research and create high-quality, engaging, and timely content
- Research industryrelated topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies) to create clear copy to promote our products/services for B2B and B2C audiences
- Proofread and edit the content of other members of the team and give feedback as required
- Identify customers' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- Turn complex topics into easytounderstand articles and guides
- Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas
- Research competitors to find new angles and ways to utilise content to enhance the messaging and offering within all marketing communications
- Manage a content marketing budget
A handover with the Content & Media Manager will be provided to ensure you can quickly get up to speed, but to be successful in this role, you need to demonstrate:
- Exceptional communication skills: Both written and verbally
- Eye for accuracy: Deliver work of a consistently high standard, which is meticulously checked
- Proactive: You will be expected to identify and deliver solutions to problems independently
- Copywriting: Able to produce compelling copy with an appreciation of where it sits within the customer journey and on what media channel
- Creative: Able to research, interpret and write engaging, digestible copy
Qualifications & skills needed:
- Bachelor's degree in English/Journalism or marketing
- Experience managing a team
- Knowledge of SEO and other digital marketing techniques in trend
- Excellent writing skills as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
- Experience writing for a B2B/B2C audience
- Ability to conduct extensive research and work independently with very little supervision
- Experience using CMS will be preferred
- Ability to take initiative and bring new ideas
