Role Profile
Our client is a growing business supplying into the building / decorating supplies sector.

This is a field-based role with a national remit, and will see you travelling to DIY stores / builders merchants to build relationships, promote the product range and maximise orders.

What will the role involve?
***- Maintaining and growing existing customer accounts within a national network of builders merchants / décor / DIY stores

Conducting face to face visits and meetings to promote the product range
Providing product training to store staff
Running trade days in store as/when required
Liaising with internal sales team / Account Managers to ensure the smooth running of accounts

What are we looking for?

Enthusiastic and proactive approach with drive and ambition to succeed in sales / account management
Willingness to undertake extensive national travel, including overnight stays
Previous sales experience, ideally in a fieldbased role
Good industry knowledge, having previously worked within the DIY / decorating / building supplies sector
