What You Will Be Doing?


We are seeking a full-time Projects Administrator to join our Projects team and play a critical role in managing the company's ongoing and new projects along with being involved with the brands we work with and how we activate these within our customers.

This is a varied and pivotal role, ensuring everyone is working in the same direction, on time and within budget.


  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Creating planograms for business accounts and projects
  • Completing market visits and reporting back on findings
  • Working with senior stakeholders to ensure projects are kept on track and within allocated budgets.
  • Ensuring our CRM (Salesforce) is fully updated with detailed data capture after each interaction.
  • Create monthly brand activation briefing packs
  • Creating monthly Brand partner presentations to demonstrate activity, execution, and compliance.
  • Ensure All brand promotional pricing, and promotional activity is actioned and reported on.
  • Supporting the CPO and other stakeholders with other tasks as the business requires
  • Ensuring that all monthly trackers are kept up to date
  • Working crossfunctionally with other departments to align on objectives for the business.

We would love to meet someone with

  • Experienced working with multiple projects at the same time
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skill, experience using Salesforce would be advantageous
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently and complete assigned tasks within strict deadlines
  • Positive, proactive and flexible approach to work
