Alexander Lloyd are delighted once again to be partnering with this Global Professional Services Organisation on the recruitment of a Equality Diversity and Inclusion Senior Manager on a perm basis.

You will be responsible for developing and embedding the D&I strategy across the organisation. Working with an holistic approach, engaging with stakeholders to drive the key business activities in conjunction with the senior leadership team and ensuringyou create a "be yourself culture"

Some key responsibilities

Design, Develop and implement business wide ED&I projects
Proven key stakeholder relationship management
Experience in a similar ED&I role
Excellent communication skills
Review and implement new and exciting ED&I Strategies across the business
Experience in a large complex organisation

This organisation offer an excellent Hybrid working model of 2 days office based 3 days home with the amazing office located very conveniently in london.

The salary on offer is up to £90,000 +bonus and benefits
