Residential Conveyancing Head of Department, Dorset

This is a superb opportunity for a vastly experienced residential conveyancer to join a highly ambitious firm who have one eye on their succession planning.

The firm have growth plans over the next couple of years and you would be coming in really well placed to maximise any opportunities that come your way.

There would be an opportunity for someone to work their way up to salaried partner without hindrance and that opportunity would remain on the table, however if you just wanted a head of department role without taking on the partnership angle that would alsobe available as an option.

The role would initially be working with paralegal and secretarial support however the plan would be to get further people in under you, qualified conveyancers.

The firm would be open to suggestion regarding salaries, as it's about you and what you can bring and what your background and track record is.

Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the area.
