The role will involve being the first point of contact for anyone contacting the Wellbeing and Occupational Health service


Regular daily tasks include:
- inputting data from referral forms into the database
- making appointments
- providing support in the office
- processing invoices
- chase progress on various interactions and requests
- liaising with clinicians

The job role involves hybrid working, with the requirement to go into the office up to 50%


ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:


  • Good standard of work processing and experience of producing a range of work
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Organisational skills in order to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people by telephone, face to face and in writing including progress chasing.
  • Understanding of the importance of good customer care.
  • Able to work as part of a team, responding to own and colleagues' deadlines.
  • Able to prioritise correspondence, work and engagements
