About The Service

The Into Work Advice Service provides support to people who are actively seeking employment or looking to upskill; the team is able to offer support and intensive mentoring through externally funded project sand volunteering opportunities.

About the job

The role will assist the Into Work Quality Team to develop and manage a robust reporting function, ensuring performance data is submitted to funding providers timely and accurately each month as well as internal core data and Key Performance Indicators.


The post will be responsible for ensuring the online database, which records all customer information and interactions, is fit for purpose by acting as the service's super-user; liaising with the database developer for amendments/additions.


The role will be responsible for payment of invoices using the SAP system and recording and monitoring project spend for each employability project.


What We Are Looking For From You
Experience of undertaking performance management and developing shared outcomes with partner organisations.

Experience of funded programmes and returns.

Experience of producing progress reports for Senior Managers

Ability to analyse and summarise complex documents and data

Excellent organisation skills including the ability to organise events

Experience of collating and reporting simultaneously on a large number of data sources.

Ability to use SAP and have experience of budget monitoring.

Ability to work under pressure and to tight time-tables to influence and achieve outcomes.

This post is temporary until 31/03/2024.

The successful applicants should be able to communicate effectively in Welsh to Level - Intermediate


The post will be required to work from a number of different locations, including Central Library Hub and other community Hub buildings.
