Fantastic opportunity to join a Top 50 soliciting firm on a fully remote basis, with ample progression and development opportunities.
The Risk Associate should have a strong understanding of Risk and Compliance from a Soliciting background and strong experience providing advice on insurance and professional indemnity claims within an SRA and FCA environment.
A Solicitor's qualification is advantageous however extent experience of Risk Advising in law firm regulation, solicitor's PI claims or commercial contracts will be considered.
What you'll be doing:
- Claim handling
- Professional Indemnity
- Conflict queries
- Stakeholder Risk Management
- Risk and Compliance support for tenders and audits
- Update relevant registers
- Working within SRA or FCA regulations
What you'll need to apply:
- Solicitor's qualification or experienced Risk Advisor
- Strong knowledge of SRA or FCA regulations
- Experience Advising on Professional Indemnity
- Experience drafting commercial contracts
- Risk and Compliance background
