My clients are a leading property firm based in Central London.

They are looking to recruit a Property asset manager To be responsible for the management of prestigious residential buildings in Central London ensuring that the management is carried outin a professional and effective manner.

typical duties would include:
Management of the prestigious portfolio to ensure effective delivery to residents and the clients.

Ensure that all Health Safety and Environmental issues are managed in line with procedures and any electronic Health and Safety management system.

To ensure compliance with all legislation relating to residential property.
Produce regular management reports.
To monitor receipts from residents and ensure arrears are minimised.
To liaise with landlord's solicitors as required on arrears.
To deal with sales enquiries.
To ensure Lease terms are enforced.
To communicate effectively with residents, resident associations and the Landlord.
To raise fees in a timely manner.

Skills needed:
Qualifications/Education Required

Be qualified to AIRPM, or MIRPM if possible with higher salary for latter
Have the necessary personality, skills and qualifications to provide a truly outstanding service to the residents of the building
Personality and flair to communicate with others in a professional and helpful manner at all levels in a variety of communication methods.

At least 1 year with AIRPM of 2 years experience with MIRPM in Residential Management.
Knowledge of Health and Safety and related topics.
