Bailey Care are recruiting for experience Day Care Assistants in the Brighton and Hove area.

Do you have a minimum of 3 months experience? Do you want additional hours? Perhaps you want something that works around your availability.

Here's what you need to know about this job role:
Providing personal care that includes bathing/showering, dressing and undressing, and toileting residents
Promoting Person-Centred Care, whilst respecting your residents with dignity
Promoting as much independence and support to residents as possible
Escorting to dining hall, setting trays/tables, providing assistance with feeding
Promoting various activities with the residents and encouraging them to be a part of the home's community
Recording of resident's logbooks and food/fluid intake (whether it be paper or electronic)
Supporting residents with laundry, light cleaning, and other domestic tasks


Requirements for a Day Care Assistant:
Enhanced DBS clearance
3 months experience needed
