Our client has complex needs which requires a support worker who is trained and has knowledge to a high level in all aspects of tracheostomy and ventilator care. Your role is to meet their medical, personal care and daytodayassistance needs.

Due to the client's preferences this is a female only package however, if you are a male and interested then please get in touch, and we can see what else we may have.

Key Responsibilities

All aspects of personal care
Support with Cough Assists
Trained in the specific suction the client requires
Support with communication
Mobility support
Support with medication administration
Accessing the community
Support with personal hygiene

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

Driving licence ideally
Communication skills
Help with their personal and complex needs
Have an encouraging nature to support this Individual emotionally & psychologically
Patience and respect
Someone with a strong and empathetic personality
