Customer Service Advisor - Colchester

£23,391 p/a plus generous quarterly bonus.

Then come join us as a Customer Service Advisor and you'll work Monday to Friday,
just 37.5 hours a week We are also required to work 1 in 3 Saturday mornings from 9am-12.30pm, you will get a half a day back in the following week.


No experience necessary as we will provide you with full training We offer a basic salary of
£23,391 p/a plus a generous quarterly bonus so you can earn
up to £27,000 per year.

With a
start date 15th April 2024, You'll have a 4-week induction followed by an 8-week training academy. We're committed to providing the support you need to thrive, ensuring you step into your role with confidence.

  • Efficiently manage high call volumes in our dynamic contact centre environment meeting and exceeding performance KPI's and targets.
