Main Duties
- Book and undertake screening interviews with potential apprentices
- Identify and coordinate vacancy opportunities for the potential apprentices. This will be done by using the existing teams within the business and by making outbound calls to different settings.
- Relevant admin tasks
- Follow up on leads/enquiries
- Ensure new employers are aware of the expectations of hiring an apprentice.
- Set up procedures and processes amongst internal and external stake holders.
- Attend external events to promote apprenticeships.
Personal Specification
- A strong communicator (written and verbal) an excellent telephone manner
- Be professional
- Effective remote worker
- Work well under pressure with the ability to deal with issues as they arise.
- Be competent using MS Word, Excel.
- Be open to change actively looking for ways to improve processes and outputs for the team.
- Motivated selfstarter.
- Tenacious and confident.
- Goal driven.
- Time management and organisational skills
- Hold a full driving licence and have use of a car
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
£23,400.00-£26,000.00 per year
