Main Duties

  • Book and undertake screening interviews with potential apprentices
  • Identify and coordinate vacancy opportunities for the potential apprentices. This will be done by using the existing teams within the business and by making outbound calls to different settings.
  • Relevant admin tasks
  • Follow up on leads/enquiries
  • Ensure new employers are aware of the expectations of hiring an apprentice.
  • Set up procedures and processes amongst internal and external stake holders.
  • Attend external events to promote apprenticeships.

Personal Specification

  • A strong communicator (written and verbal) an excellent telephone manner
  • Be professional
  • Effective remote worker
  • Work well under pressure with the ability to deal with issues as they arise.
  • Be competent using MS Word, Excel.
  • Be open to change actively looking for ways to improve processes and outputs for the team.
  • Motivated selfstarter.
  • Tenacious and confident.
  • Goal driven.
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Hold a full driving licence and have use of a car

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£23,400.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
  • Weekends only
