£40,000 - £50,000 plus potential for commission/bonus

My client is an award winning company and a great place to work.

They are one of the largest independent funding houses in the UK, they are fully accredited, regulated and backed by more than 30 years of experience in finance solutions for businesses, theyare looking for a Marketing manager to join their exciting and hardworking Marketing team.


The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategies across 3 companies to deliver growth along with the best customer outcomes.
  • Deliver activities on time, within budget and with the appropriate risk and legal approvals.
  • Become a key part of the performance marketing culture driving continual change to achieve the efficient customer response.
  • Deliver a practical, cooperative, and active approach to work with the ability to take ownership and exercise good judgement, with a prudent approach to risk.
  • Manage datadriven marketing, analysing performance data, interrogating customer insight, planning tests, optimising campaigns, and making budget recommendations.
  • Manage existing websites and make amendments as necessary to help boost online traffic.

Key Skills

  • It is Essential that you have experience in delivering Google PPC and SEO Campaigns
  • An ideal applicant would be full of energy, enthusiasm, and humour.
  • You need to be highly motivated with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Excellent communication and creative skills are expected.
  • Resultsorientated work ethic with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Determined and driven to succeed.
  • Knowledge or previous experience of Salesforce would be an ideal but not essential.
  • Knowledge or previous experience of web development would be ideal but not essential.
