SALARY:
£110,000 GBP

Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in Bristol office

Your responsibilities will include:

Mentoring and nurturing junior engineers, guiding a team of engineers, providing clear and constructive feedback, and creating opportunities for learning and development.
Integrating thirdparty APIs into our products and services.
Transforming legacy infrastructure into a multicloud platform.
Building responsive web pages using frameworks/tools such as Java, Spring Boot, and Web Frameworks.

What You'll Need

To excel in this role, you should have:

Substantial exposure to contemporary web technologies, particularly Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Web frameworks, JSP, JSF, microservices and Kafka.
Leadership experience in managing engineering teams, coaching, and mentoring developers.
Proficiency in source code repositories and tools like Git, UCD, and JIRA, with the ability to assist the team in resolving technical issues.
Familiarity with an enterprise environment encompassing automated build/test/release processes, source code management (Git), and change management (JIRA).
Familiarity with cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure)
