We have a brand new vacancy for an exciting, well established company based in South Leeds. This an exciting opportunity for someone looking to find their next challenge in great, family like team.

This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Costings Team function, including management of team members and processes.

You will ensure the smooth running of the department working closely with the customer services manager.

Your rolewill be to lead by example and be the expert across all tasks, splitting time between tasks and leader duties.


Some of the responsibilities of the role:

  • Management of the team on a day-to day basis
  • Conducting routine line management tasks such as 121's, performance management and staff appraisals
  • Identify and implement changes to processes within the team which lead to the improved quality of service
  • First line complaint investigation and dealing with escalated and/or complex issues
  • Development and ownership of department KPI's alongside the Customer Service Manager

Skills/Experience required:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Natural leadership qualities
  • Ability to come up with new ideas on how to improve processes
  • Ambition to learn and progress

This is a fully office based role, working Monday to Friday.
